Ten units for local businesses

Ten business start-up units will be accessible from Forest Road, at the edge of the campus. Designed to the same eco-specification as every other building on site, they will offer affordable, sustainable workspace for local businesses and new enterprises.

These units are fundamental to how the campus works. The income they generate is what makes the community facilities financially sustainable over the long term, without becoming a burden on public funds.
